I have been listening to and taking on board comments and thoughts of my belief in the need for a web based sight for ISKCON Guru’s. It has also been pointed out that whilst I have put forward a proposal someone has posted and ISKCON Guru info sight. All Glories to their service, but not quite what I had in mind.

You see firstly we need to understand the basics, we read about needing a spiritual master so think this is the aim. Forgetting those many elevated souls who assist and guide us day by day.

Why was he calling me? it was to see if I had received the e-mail of a proposal that we wish to submit to the GBC (a copy of this proposal is included later).

Firstly may I point out that although the name of Progosh Dasa appears it has not been e-mailed to him get for approval; it has however been approved by HH Mahavishnu Swami who thinks also that the approval of Progosh should not be a problem but please bear this in mind when reading.

The other day I was asked about the effects of music and if there was any notable change in the individual depending on the type of music being played.
The answer to this is complicated in many ways and again if researched it would be more on observational notations and this can pose several inaccuracies as it cold not be directly noted if the change is because of the music or not.

I feel the need to write in order to clarify one of my recent postings with regards to the use of milk and cow protection. One of the main vocal individuals on being vegan and the reasons why was myself, pointing out the abuse of cows within society and the pressures of mass production and abuse of a natural resource. One of the nice things is that I have a diversity of clients groups, from young adults with learning difficulties to primary school children.

The other day I took one of my little ones out to a place called SNAC (Special Needs Activity Centre) in Neath. He was quite taken with one of the young girls their and followed her around joining in the activities being undertaken.

The talk got to who each one had come the young girl looked at my young charge and declared in a loud voice “why’ve you come with your GRANDDAD” HA! What can you say?

The other day I was pondering the difficulty in engaging devotees into service by helping me cook for HH Mahavishnu Swami during is fist here in Wales, not an easy task as you would think and although I had many promises of help when it came down to it many turned me down as they had other things to do, it was too complicated or inconvenient.
For some who took the time not only enjoyed cooking but also enjoyed the fine association that comes with doing such a fine service.
